二、八大类绝缘产品介绍 / II. Introduction to Eight Categories of Insulation Products

依照国家现行标准,绝缘材料根据材质形态、化学组分及生产工艺划分为八大品类,产品型号首位数字对应品类编码,全系产品可适配发电机组、高压输配电设备、储能装备、核电设施及算力固态变压器等多样化运行工况。

According to current national standards, insulation materials are classified into eight categories based on material form, chemical composition, and production process. The first digit of each product model corresponds to its category code. The full product range can accommodate diverse operating conditions including generator sets, high-voltage transmission and distribution equipment, energy storage systems, nuclear power facilities, and solid-state transformers for computing power.

(一)漆、可聚合树脂和胶类 / (1) Varnishes, Polymerizable Resins and Adhesives

全部树脂配方由企业自主研发、独立合成生产,品类涵盖电机变压器浸渍绝缘漆、漆包线专用绝缘涂料、无溶剂环氧浇注树脂、环氧改性不饱和聚酯无溶剂浸漆及有机硅耐高温树脂,耐热区间覆盖B级至C级。依托配方改良技术,有效解决真空浸漆与环氧树脂二次浇注出现界面间隙、材料不相容的行业痛点,规避设备长期120℃至140℃工况下绝缘层热老化开裂问题。产品广泛应用于大型发电机绕组VPI真空浸漆工序、高压互感器绝缘处理、核电设备防腐绝缘及SST利兹线整套绝缘工艺。

All resin formulations are independently developed and synthesized by the company. The product line includes motor and transformer impregnating varnishes, special insulating coatings for magnet wire, solvent-free epoxy casting resins, epoxy-modified unsaturated polyester solvent-free impregnating varnishes, and silicone high-temperature resins, with thermal resistance ranging from Class B to Class C. Through formulation improvement technology, the company effectively resolves the industry pain point of interface gaps and material incompatibility between vacuum impregnation and subsequent epoxy resin casting, preventing thermal aging cracking of insulation layers under long-term 120℃ to 140℃ operating conditions. These products are widely used in VPI vacuum impregnation processes for large generator windings, insulation treatment of high-voltage instrument transformers, anti-corrosion insulation for nuclear power equipment, and complete insulation processes for SST litz wire.

(二)树脂浸渍纤维制品类 / (2) Resin-Impregnated Fiber Products

产品以玻璃纤维坯布、涤纶纤维坯布为基材,搭配不同耐热等级合成树脂浸渍固化成型。经树脂固化锁固内部纤维结构,可杜绝变压器、发电机组绕组在交变机械应力作用下出现绝缘层滑移脱落,无缝对接业内主流VPI真空压力浸漆生产线。主要应用于汽轮发电机定子补强绝缘、水轮发电机端部防护、高压开关绝缘筒体、特种电抗器绝缘骨架及核电隔离结构件。

Using fiberglass fabric and polyester fabric as base materials, the products are impregnated and cured with synthetic resins of different thermal grades. The cured resin locks the internal fiber structure, preventing insulation layer slippage and detachment of transformer and generator windings under alternating mechanical stress, and seamlessly integrates with mainstream VPI vacuum pressure impregnation production lines. Primary applications include stator reinforcement insulation for turbo-generators, end protection for hydro-generators, insulating cylinders for high-voltage switches, insulation frameworks for special reactors, and isolation structural components for nuclear power equipment.

(三)层压、卷绕、真空压力浸渍和引拔制品类 / (3) Laminated, Rolled, VPI and Pultruded Products

该系列涵盖环氧层压板、绝缘管材、卷绕式绝缘筒体及连续引拔型材,主力型号包括3240环氧玻璃布板、G11耐高温环氧板材、酚醛环氧玄武岩绝缘板、电工层压木板,配套环氧棒、绝缘套管、FR4覆铜板及绝缘隔离垫块。生产环节严格管控游离离子析出指标,成品机械强度优异,可应用于水轮发电机定子槽楔、主变压器绝缘隔板、高压开关绝缘筒体及电抗器隔离垫板。国内新疆75MW全钒液流储能电站项目所用绝缘板材全部由我方供货。

This series includes epoxy laminated sheets, insulating tubes, rolled insulating cylinders, and continuous pultruded profiles. Core models include 3240 epoxy glass cloth sheets, G11 high-temperature epoxy sheets, phenolic epoxy basalt insulation boards, and electrical laminated wood boards, supported by epoxy rods, insulating sleeves, FR4 copper-clad laminates, and insulating spacer blocks. Strict control over free ion precipitation indicators is maintained during production, resulting in finished products with excellent mechanical strength. Applications include stator slot wedges for hydro-generators, insulation partition boards for main transformers, insulating cylinders for high-voltage switches, and reactor isolation pads. All insulation boards used in the Xinjiang 75MW all-vanadium flow battery energy storage station project were supplied by our company.

(四)模塑料类 / (4) Molding Compounds

产品分为环氧封装模塑料、有机硅耐高温模塑料及玻纤增强阻燃模塑料,采用高温高压一体压制成型工艺,具备防潮、耐电弧冲击及抵御突发短路的性能优势,常规品类主要用于互感器、高压接线端子及电力半导体器件密封封装。企业可定制耐辐射特种牌号产品,适配核电小型高压元器件、SST功率器件封装及高压开关绝缘壳体等特种工况。

The products are divided into epoxy encapsulation molding compounds, silicone high-temperature molding compounds, and glass-fiber reinforced flame-retardant molding compounds, manufactured using integrated high-temperature high-pressure compression molding technology. They feature moisture resistance, arc impact resistance, and sudden short-circuit withstand capability. Standard products are mainly used for sealing and encapsulation of instrument transformers, high-voltage terminals, and power semiconductor devices. The company can customize radiation-resistant special grades for special operating conditions including miniature nuclear power high-voltage components, SST power device encapsulation, and high-voltage switch insulating housings.

(五)云母制品类(核心拳头产品)/ (5) Mica Products (Core Flagship Products)

公司自建一体化云母深加工生产线,自主完成云母原矿提纯、粘接树脂合成及热压成型全流程作业,整体分为云母纸、云母带、云母板及定制异形云母件四大品类。全部产品经桂林电器科学研究院国家级检测中心性能核验,耐热等级覆盖F、H、C级,可在220℃至800℃极端高温环境中长期稳定运行。

The company has built an integrated mica deep-processing production line, independently completing the entire process of mica ore purification, binder resin synthesis, and hot-press molding. The product line is divided into four major categories: mica paper, mica tape, mica sheet, and custom-shaped mica components. All products have passed performance verification at the national-level testing center of Guilin Electrical Equipment Scientific Research Institute, covering thermal Classes F, H, and C, and can operate stably for extended periods in extreme high-temperature environments from 220℃ to 800℃.

云母纸分为白云母纸、金云母纸及合成云母纸,厚度区间0.02mm~0.5mm,击穿电压指标优异,灼烧损耗低,是全部云母深加工产品的基础原料。云母带主力品类为PI薄膜耐电晕云母带、芳纶复合云母带及半导体屏蔽云母带,适配高导热高填充特种利兹线线圈绕包工艺,有效抑制高频脉冲电场引发的局部放电,属于固态变压器绕组核心绝缘耗材。云母板包含硬质环氧云母板及有机硅柔软云母板,厚度区间0.1mm至10mm,抗弯折及抗短路性能突出,多用于大中型发电机组端部绝缘挡板及变压器绕组隔离构件。异形云母件包括绝缘垫片、异形套管及折弯成型构件,均可依照图纸定制加工,妥善解决储能及核电特种变压器异形点位绝缘难题。整套云母制品是水轮及汽轮发电机转子绕组优选绕包材料,现已在高温特种电机、大容量电抗器、高压互感器及核电电力设备领域实现规模化落地应用。

Mica paper includes muscovite paper, phlogopite paper, and synthetic mica paper with thickness ranging from 0.02mm to 0.5mm, featuring excellent breakdown voltage and low ignition loss, serving as the base material for all deep-processed mica products. Mica tape core products include PI film corona-resistant mica tape, aramid composite mica tape, and semiconductor shielding mica tape, adapted for high-thermal-conductivity high-filling special litz wire coil wrapping processes, effectively suppressing partial discharge induced by high-frequency pulse electric fields, and serving as core insulation consumables for solid-state transformer windings. Mica sheets include rigid epoxy mica sheets and flexible silicone mica sheets with thickness from 0.1mm to 10mm, featuring outstanding bending and short-circuit resistance, widely used for end insulation baffles of large and medium generator sets and transformer winding isolation components. Custom mica components include insulating gaskets, special-shaped sleeves, and bent formed parts, all customizable according to drawings, effectively solving insulation challenges at irregular positions in energy storage and nuclear power special transformers. The complete mica product line is the preferred winding insulation material for hydro and turbo generator rotors, and has achieved large-scale application in high-temperature special motors, large-capacity reactors, high-voltage instrument transformers, and nuclear power electrical equipment.

(六)薄膜、粘带和柔软复合材料 / (6) Films, Tapes and Flexible Composites

产品线囊括聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜、聚酯薄膜、聚四氟乙烯薄膜、薄膜复合云母带、芳纶绝缘坯料、半导体皱纹屏蔽纸及电工绑扎绝缘带。材料适配碳化硅功率器件构成的高频固态变压器运行工况,可配套真空浸漆及环氧树脂浇注整套加工流程,缓解多层绝缘结构内部电场畸变问题,亦是全自动线圈绕包设备必备耗材。产品可应用于大型发电机组匝间隔离、高压开关触头防护、电抗器分层绝缘及核电特种变压器引线绝缘。

The product line includes Polyimide (PI) films, polyester films, PTFE films, film-composite mica tapes, aramid insulating base materials, semiconductor crepe shielding paper, and electrical binding tapes. These materials are adapted for high-frequency solid-state transformer operating conditions with silicon carbide power devices, supporting complete processing procedures of vacuum impregnation and epoxy resin casting, alleviating electric field distortion issues within multi-layer insulation structures, and serving as essential consumables for automatic coil wrapping equipment. Products can be applied to inter-turn insulation of large generator sets, contact protection of high-voltage switches, layered insulation of reactors, and lead insulation of nuclear power special transformers.

(七)纤维制品类 / (7) Fiber Products

品类包含电工绝缘纸、玻纤编织套管、绝缘纤维软管及无纺布绝缘坯材,依托天然纤维与合成纤维进行深加工。纤维内部孔隙结构可充分吸附浸渍树脂,固化后整体绝缘密封性大幅提升,主要承担线圈层间隔离及绕组引线防护功能。企业可依据设备额定工作温度调整原材料选型,产品规格覆盖常规配电设备直至250℃等级高温特种电机,大批量供给水轮发电机组、大容量电抗器及精密互感器制造厂商。

This category includes electrical insulating paper, fiberglass braided sleeves, insulating fiber flexible tubes, and non-woven insulating base materials, processed from natural and synthetic fibers. The internal porous structure of fibers fully absorbs impregnating resin, significantly improving overall insulation sealing performance after curing. These products mainly serve coil interlayer isolation and winding lead protection functions. 公司批量供应变压器矿物绝缘油、合成酯耐高温绝缘液及电容器专用浸渍油,物料具备黏度低、击穿电压高、抗老化及析气量低等技术特征,同时实现电气隔离与设备散热双重功能,适配油浸式变压器、液冷储能变流器及密闭式高压电容器。企业划分多类牌号区分不同电压及温度工况,可定制核电配电变压器专用绝缘油品,严控内部杂质含量,有效降低高压工况下气泡诱发局部放电的概率。

The company supplies transformer mineral insulating oil, synthetic ester high-temperature insulating liquid, and capacitor impregnating oil in bulk quantities. 三、全耐热等级绝缘材料体系 / III. Full Thermal Class Insulation Material System

绝缘材料耐热等级是判定电气设备长期安全运行温度上限的核心技术指标。国内执行GB/T 11021《电气绝缘 耐热性和表示方法》,对标国际IEC 60085标准,绝缘材料划分为Y、A、E、B、F、H、C七个等级,对应长期最高允许工作温度依次为90℃、105℃、120℃、130℃、155℃、180℃及180℃以上。

The thermal class of insulation materials is a core technical indicator for determining the maximum long-term safe operating temperature of electrical equipment. Domestic standard GB/T 11021 "Electrical insulation - Thermal evaluation and designation," aligned with international standard IEC 60085, divides insulation materials into seven classes: Y, A, E, B, F, H, and C, with corresponding long-term maximum allowable operating temperatures of 90℃, 105℃, 120℃, 130℃, 155℃, 180℃, and above 180℃ respectively.

Class H (180℃): Core insulation materials for special motors and rail transit. The complete insulation system has obtained US UL certification (Certificate No. E-318071). Silicone mica tape and polyimide composite fiberglass cloth products are supplied in batches for CRRC high-speed EMU traction motors, while also serving military aviation high-temperature insulation projects.

C级(180℃~300℃): 超高温特种工况专用材料,自研纳米绝缘胶带及纳米玻璃管材耐受温度突破300℃,可替代陶瓷构件应用于激光焊接高热设备;耐温300℃至350℃层压板实现量产,供给航空发动机及军用高温特种设备。

Class C (180℃~300℃): Special materials for ultra-high-temperature operating conditions. Self-developed nano-insulating tape and nano-glass tubes can withstand temperatures exceeding 300℃, replacing ceramic components in high-heat laser welding equipment.
